Itapirubá is a Brazilian beach which is located half in the historic city of Laguna and your other half in the city of Imbituba in the state of Santa Catarina.Itapirubá has beautiful beaches, dunes and lagoons. Is close to historic towns, hot springs and numerous other attractions. It is served by two distant beaches 250 meters from each other, which are separated by a hill.In its panoramic view can be seen a beautiful bay and the island of Macaws, located three kilometers from the coast. This island is practiced diving and fishing. The sea of clear water is ideal for bathing and there is a hill to nature walks.The name has Itapirubá indigenous origin: "rolling stones for water." Settled by Azorean culture that retains traces of this can be seen in the cuisine and rustic way of working fishermen.Furthermore, the beach attracts many surfers because the waves thereof are very conducive to surfing.
