Dementia Patients Visit Alpaca Farm As Therapy

GEESTHACHT, GERMANY - APRIL 20: An alpaca stands at a farm where dementia patients spend the day as therapy in the village of Krukow on April 20, 2017 near Geesthacht, Germany. Dementia patients have the opportunity to pet and feed the animals, participate in farm chores, walk on the 40 hectares of farm property and socialize with one another, all of which act as a sort of therapy to stimulate the patients and help them to connect with their surroundings.
