The Royal Shakespeare Company's (RSC) latest production of Henry IV Part 1 is coinciding with the 450th anniversary of the birth of William Shakespeare, tomorrow on St George's Day, 23 April. Shakespeare produced approx 40 plays as well as sonnets and poems in his 52 years and is considered Englands greatest poet and dramatist. The RSC and the town of Stratford are celebrating the anniversary throughout the week culiminating in a pageant, parade and the laying of flowers on his grave at nearby Holy Trinty Church.
