Twenty years ago, you couldnt find restaurants serving Bengali food and now, there are places serving Bihari, Mizo and Assamese food, which is revolutionary because people are beginning to discover other cuisines. She also said that shes surprised at how a simple dish can have so many variations. This has been one of the most interesting culinary adventures Ive had.
