Home Buyers Protest, Allahabad High Court Orders Demolition Of Two Towers In Supertech's Project

NOIDA, INDIA - APRIL 13: Home buyers staged a protest outside two towers of Supertech project, which needs to be demolished following a Allahabad High Court directive, at Sector 93A, on April 13, 2014 in Noida, India. Allahabad high court has ordered to demolish 40 floor towers of Supertech's Emerald court Project at Sector 93 in Noida. The Court order also said money is refunded to all who had invested with 14 per cent interest compounded annually. The two towers are under construction and have 200-250 apartments, with prices starting from Rs 1.2 crore. About 700 housing units have been delivered. The total project is of Rs 2,000 crore.
