For 10 INR (0.165 USD), cycle-rickshaw pullers, labourers and the homeless can watch Hindi Bollywood movies in a temporarily-constructed cinema under a bridge near the banks of the Yamuna river. For some four to five months of the year, lower water levels in the river mean the makeshift theatre can open for business.
