India Blames Pakistan For Ceasefire Violation In Kashmir

URI, KASHMIR, INDIA - APRIL 20: Kashmiri students attend morning assembly in the courtyard of an Indian army goodwill school near the Line Of Control on April 20, 2015 in Uri, 100 Kms (62 miles) north west of Srinagar , the summer capital of Indian administered Kashmir, India. People living along the ceasefire line dividing Kashmir into India and Pakistan-administered portions have continually been at risk due to hostility between the armies of the two nuclear rivals. India on Sunday alledged a ceasefire violation by Pakistan along what New Delhi prefers to call the International Border and Working Boundary by Islamabad, snaking the southern Jammu region of the disputed area. The Indian army in northern Uri district say it has increased its vigil along the Line of Control (LOC), another military line that further divides the region up to the Siachen glaciers. Both Pakistan and India have traded blame over unprovoked shelling which India says is aimed to facilitate the crossover of rebels to their side, a charge Pakistan denies.
