Standoff in South Portland

SOUTH PORTLAND, ME - OCTOBER 20: A man shouts to police as one officer has a rifle trained on him and others approach him around 8:35 Monday night, October 20, 2014, during a standoff that lasted more than two hours. After this moment the man ran back on the bus before eventually surrendering to police. The initial call to police was for criminal trespass as the man had parked his school bus on private property at the South Portland Target.
