PALO, LEYTE, PHILIPPINES - 2014/11/09: Marilyn Bandog, 55, a municipal health worker from San Fernando, Leyte, shares that it took over a week after the storm hit before they received any help. Her nephew had to walk for miles to find water for their family which includes a four day old baby, and her husband which is bed ridden and unable to walk by himself. Most, if not all survivor, from the strongest typhoon in recorded history, share the same sentiments towards the government, specifically its lack of support. They were all asking as to when the help they deserve, and badly need, will come. (Photo by J Gerard Seguia/Pacific Press/LightRocket via Getty Images)
