Snow Fall Hinders Flood Victims Of Kashmir

The fresh snowfall in Kashmir might have brought cheers to many but it has added woes to the flood affected people who are living in tin sheds and tents after the deluge in September last that left over 200 people dead and nearly 3 hundred thousand structures damaged. Scores of flood victims are living in makeshift tents after government failed to build their homes in stipulated time. Majority of the victims are waiting for the government compensation to raise their houses again, as the fresh snowfall has added to their misery.
