Overlap have dazzled audiences at music festivals around the world over the last decade with their highly original VJing and AV sets. An Overlap audiovisual performance is a playfully two dimensional experience of elegant abstract pop, scale inversions and lateral thinking mixed with their atmospheric psychedelic electronica. Their leftfield music videos and installations have been exhibited at the ICA, National Portrait Gallery ,NFT, V&A and Tate Britain. The last year found them creating forest installations for the Hove and Electric Picnic boutique arts and music festivals in Norway and Ireland, recutting and performing EA Dupont’s silent 1929 classic “Piccadilly” at the British Film Institute, and VJing in Ibiza, Latvia, Spain and the UK. Overlap are Michael Denton and Anna McCrickard.
