Anniversary of Rana Plaza Collapse In Bangladesh

24th April 2013 was a disastrous day for the people of Bangladesh. In this day an eight-story commercial building named "Rana Plaza" collapsed in Savar, a sub-district in the Greater Dhaka Area, the capital of Bangladesh. The search for the dead ended on 13 May 2013 with the death toll of 1,134. More than 2,500 injured people were rescued from the building alive. And some of them lost in the debris or the collapse. Today, 24th April 2014 is the 1st Anniversary of Rana Plaza Collapse. Family member of the victims and some organizations that have been supporting the victims of Rana Plaza came today at the premises of Rana Plaza. A prayer was taken at the field of Adharchanda School filed where most of the dead bodies were placed after rescued. Some RMG worker also came there to protest to achieve their rights.
