Maureen O'Hara Says She's the Little Gal Who Wasn't There

Actress Maureen O'Hara displays her passport to newsmen to support her contention that she was not even in the United States at the time she is alleged to have been in the Grauman Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, according to testimony at the confidential magazine criminal libel trial. Passport indicates she was in Europe from October 8, 1953, to January, 1954. Testimony placed her in Hollywood in November, 1953. As a result of the testimony, Miss O'Hara has increased the amount of damages she seeks from ‘Confidential' from one million dollars to five million.
