HICKORY, NC FEB. 24, 2007---Frankie LaBoy looks at photos of his mother and her 2002 newspaper obituary, Saturday Feb. 24, 2007, in Hickory, North Carolina. He feel that his father was his mother's killer. Kimberly Laboy was stabbed 52 times -- 2 days after filing for divorce from her husband.
