National Football League offices

Inglewood, CA - September 01: A view of the main stage (one of five stages) featuring a 360-degree experience. at the new offices of National Football League offices at the National Football League offices in Inglewood Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021. The NFL moving its west coast and NFL Media headquarters into a state-of-the art office tower and studio space in Inglewood, next to So Fi Stadium, in Hollywood Park. The move comes this week after NFL Media, which includes the NFL Network and NFL.com, worked from a non-descript Culver City office building for 18 years. The NFL custom-designed its new building, recognizing the threat of COVID and also recognizing that NFL media will likely expand its presence so it will need the capacity for additional studio space, podcast booths and the ability to easily upgrade its technology from 4K to 8K. The building, designed by the architectural firm Gensler, has NFL-esque touches, such as ceiling lights that appear to be hash-marks on a football field and "Huddles" conference rooms named "flea flicker," and "stiff arm." The control rooms are eye-popping, the latest in editing and switching equipment. The main new stage (one of five stages) is a 360-degree experience. There is also a striking mural of NFL legends, called "Gamechangers Hall," featuring the work of 22 different street artists. The space includes art by former NFL players too and more than 800 flat-screen monitors. The building was designed to take in the natural lighting and have a California vibe, including surf boards hanging from the ceiling of the common area/lunch room. (Allen J.
