GUDERMES, RUSSIAN FEDERATION: The representative of Russian President in South Federal Region Dmitry Kozak (L) gives a certificate to Chechen President Ramzan Kadyro during a ceremony in the Chechen town of Gudermes 05 April 2007 celebrating the latter's near-total control of the southern Russian province.
