Arkansas Congressman Steve Womack argues against a fiscal 2018 budget alternative put forward by the Democratic caucus, accusing Democrats of driving right off a cliff rather than pumping the brakes ahead of a debt crisis, astonished at how many on the other side of the aisle refuse to acknowledge a problem as if it does not exist.
