A big paper-made carp (L) is carried during a procession to mark the "Kitchen God Day", part of Lunar New Year or Tet celebrations by Vietnamese, in dowtown Hanoi on February 3, 2013. Vietnamese believe that Tet marks the time when the Kitchen God reports on their family to the Jade Emperor on the 23rd day of the 12th lunar month, meaning a week before Tet.
