JOEY MCLEISTER jmcleister@startribune.com Whitewater State Park,Mn.,Sat.,April 14, 2007--Ted Collins from Maple Grove, Mn. landed a small rainbow trout (which he then released) as he fished the Whitewater River at Whitewater State Park. He later caught a 15-inch rainbow trout that he kept. He said this was his first year for fly fishing and "nothing beats it," he said. (This was taken about 7:30 a.m. and the ground was frosty.)
