Andy Burnham speech on the NHS

Andy Burnham speech on the NHS; ENGLAND: London:INTAndy Burnham MP (Shadow Health Secretary) speech SOT**Speech transcript: please check against delivery**- When people look back, this could turn out to be no ordinary summer for the NHS.
