Congresswoman Fischbach says Build Back Better Act debate too full of talking points but none know how money to be spent

Minnesota Congressman Michelle Fischbach says in procedural debate on the Build Back Better Act that the bill gone for several versions and just one week, committee chairs cannot explain specific provisions in the bill, asking how the majority could think the American public could know what was in the bill when they stuck too closely to talking points using words like transformational, bold, vision and values-based leadership but none knew where money was really going, constituents deserving to understand each of programs without talking points, the bill eliminating the bipartisan Hyde amendment protections that for 40 years have prevented textiles are being used to pay for abortions, asking how the money would be used.
