Mass Casualty Incident in Cincinnati

Cincinnati Police and Fire units responded to 306 East University in regards to a mass shooting they discovered at least 4 victims one victim was unable to be resuscitated at the scene other victims have been transported to UC hospital with unknown extent injuries at this time this is a very large crime scene that extends several blocks and all directions from the intersection of East University and highland Avenue this is directly next to the old Mecklenburg restaurant one of the victims was located in a vehicle in the back parking lot. Criminal investigation section has been notified to conduct the crime scene. One of the victims was in a wheelchair his wheelchair was left at the scene. A family or friend was very distraught at the scene down on the ground next to a police cruiser crying very distraught.
