'Unbe-leaf-able' Drone Footage Shows Fall Colors in Northern Utah

Utah man Justin McFarland recorded this incredible drone footage of his home state. He captured an amazing array of fall colors on display at Snowbasin ski resort in Ogden Valley, Northern Utah, using a https://www.instagram.com/polarpro/ Polar Pro filter. The footage produced by MacFarland shows incredibly vivid foliage, with bright red colors, and luminous shades of green and purple all present. The changes of the fall season bring so much beauty to the landscape. "Most of the color begins with shooting in the shade so the colors aren't washed out. This location, Snowbasin, is a favorite of mine because it's on the way facing slope so it's out of the sunlight earlier in the evening. <br />Next I shot with a polarized filter, PolarPro ND-8. And finally the video editing; I cut some of the haze out from local fires and enhanced the saturation but not as much as you'd think", Justin told Storyful.
